RPV

Ramsey's RPV line of chain and sprockets redefines high performance for inverted tooth chains. 

Capable of speeds in excess of 7,000 feet/min and loads of 3,000 HP, RPV offers significantly improved performance over all ANSI Standard Chains.

In fact, RPV has been specifically developed to meet or exceed the capacity of all other high performance chains, and is fully interchangeable with Morse HV™ type chain.

Duplex 

Duplex Chain is designed for serpentine drives where sprockets are driven from both sides of the chain. Ramsey manufactures three different series of duplex chain:
  • SC duplex has been around the longest, and is the most economical.
  • Rampower duplex offers over two times the power rating of SC duplex and is most often employed in new equipment 
     
  • Ramflex is the most robust duplex design and offers the maximum power capacity.

 

RamPower

RamPower is high performance silent chain available exclusively through Ramsey. RamPower chains offer 2x the horsepower capacity of standard "SC" chains and are fully compatible with sprockets using the ANSI standard tooth profile. 

Rampower is available in 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 1" & 1-1/2", and 2” pitch.

Custom

Many chains can be customized for the special needsof a given application.

This may include building the chain to the exact widthand length required, or adding special attachmentlinks.

SC

Ramsey SC chains, utilizing ANSI Standard toothprofiles and dimensions, are the most commonly usedsilent chains for industrial applications.

The patented Ramsey roller bearing joint is used in 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 1" & 1-1/2" pitch. A single round pinjoint is used in 3/16" pitch chain.
